Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, visits and market research.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand customer base and revenue growth.
• Independently generate leads, acquire new customers and build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Manage the complete sales process: lead generation, qualification, meetings, proposals, negotiation, closing and after-sales follow-up.
• Identify opportunities within industries such as construction, marine, logistics, manufacturing, oil and gas, events and other sectors.
• Promote and present products and services to prospective customers, tailoring to their requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, tenders and contracts.
• Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct regular customer visits, site inspections and follow-ups to understand requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for planning.
• Collaborate with operations, production, procurement, finance and management to fulfill customer needs.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities and pipelines in reporting systems.
• Submit regular sales forecasts and updates to management.
• Ensure quotations and pricing comply with company policies and approvals.
• Support timely collection of outstanding payments by coordinating with customers and finance.
• Attend exhibitions and events to support customer acquisition and expansion.
• Comply with work arrangements, attendance and internal policies.
