Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive sales in electronics/semiconductors.
• Experience in regional channel/distribution management.
• Strong knowledge of ASEAN electronics ecosystem.
• Analytical skills to forecast demand and negotiate contracts.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a distribution sales strategy for the ASEAN territory to meet and exceed revenue and design-win targets.
• Manage, support, and evaluate key supply chain and regional distribution partners ensuring alignment with ACS objectives.
• Collaborate with channel partners on demand fluctuations, buffer stock strategies, and inventory risk mitigation.
• Conduct regular product training and business reviews with distributor sales and engineering teams.
• Oversee the channel sales funnel and design registration programs to protect partner investments.
• Act as the primary commercial and strategic point of contact for one premier ASEAN key account, driving design-in activities and revenue growth.
