Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Singapore is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive warehouse sales opportunities and actively develop new customer relationships within our contract logistics and solutions practice. You will engage with potential clients, present tailored proposals, and help shape winning strategies for warehouse services.

The role requires meeting or exceeding sales targets, collaborating with internal teams, and leading new account set-ups.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in logistics, focused on customers or logistics providers.
• 5+ years in warehouse sales or business development.
• Experience leading projects as project leader or sub-leader.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and processes.
• Proven sales and customer acquisition track record in logistics/warehousing.
• Experience with new account set-ups and solution implementation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for long-term client relationships.
• Strong data analysis and reporting ability.
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently or in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data analysis and project P/L.

Responsibilities

• Drive new warehouse sales opportunities and develop new customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.

• Lead customer meetings, presentations, and proposals.
• Prepare periodical reports and meet submission deadlines.
