Qualifications

• 5–8 years of business development experience in logistics, industrial real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven ability to acquire clients and close deals in B2B contexts.
• Strong negotiation, networking and relationship-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, industrial real estate, and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, investors, brokers, and partners.
• Lead deal cycles from lead generation to contract closure, including lease terms and pricing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align client requirements with project delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
