Job summary

Colliers in Singapore seeks an experienced Industrial & Logistics Broker to represent clients in leasing and sale of industrial properties. You will prospect new business, cultivate relationships with landlords, tenants and developers, and coordinate transactions from lead to close.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in industrial property sales and leasing, a valid CEA license, a strong network, and proven negotiation and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with minimum 5 years of working experience in property sales and leasing, especially in the industrial sector.
• Must hold a valid CEA License.
• Strong network of industry contacts and market intelligence with a good understanding of real estate markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the leasing and/or sale of industrial and logistics properties across Singapore.
• Responsible for increasing revenue through prospecting industrial occupiers and sourcing new business leads.
• Proactively identify business development activities of existing and new clients through direct contact and external industry platform.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
• Prepare and present proposals, marketing materials, and financial analyses to clients.
• Responsible for the transaction management and coordination with internal and external parties to complete property transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, zoning regulations, and property values.
• Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients.
• Support the Department Head in any strategic business initiatives.
