Ally Logistic Property seeks a highly motivated Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to lead branding, market expansion, and B2B marketing for its smart warehouse and logistics business in Singapore. The role drives campaigns, partnerships, and client engagement across logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, and industrial sectors.

The candidate will manage market research, digital marketing, and partnerships, while supporting tender submissions and CRM maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• 3–7 years digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B, logistics, industrial, real estate, supply chain, or tech industries.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, branding strategies, and lead generation campaigns.
• Experience in managing exhibitions, corporate events, and partnership engagement activities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and market analysis.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse automation, smart warehouse, or industrial property sectors is a plus.
• Singapore market experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within logistics, warehousing, automation, and supply chain industries.
• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Identify market trends, customer insights, and business opportunities to support regional expansion.
• Support digital marketing campaigns including social media, website content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Collaborate with management to develop marketing materials, presentations, and branding strategies.
• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and client engagement activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, government agencies, and associations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
• Support lead generation activities and maintain marketing pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and customer engagement metrics.
• Prepare regular reports and business updates for management review.
• Maintain CRM databases and marketing documentation.
• Support tender submissions and client presentations when required.
