Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an energetic sales professional to manage and grow key customer accounts, focusing on B2B solutions including office printers and related IT services. You will build relationships with decision makers, pursue new prospects, and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a diploma or degree, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar customer-facing sales, B2B sales or account management role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow new and existing relationships within key customer accounts by understanding their business structure, decision makers, and ongoing needs.
• Maintain updated records of account history, activities, and opportunities while consistently identifying and pursuing new prospects.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets by selling company’s range of business solutions, including office printers and printing solutions, document management, IT services, and other digital workplace solutions.
• Analyse account potential through white-space mapping to ensure full coverage and uncover opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline through face-to-face engagements, calls, written communication, and social platforms to create strong funnel momentum.
• Lead large-account selling efforts, collaborate with internal teams, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders and C-level executives across client organisations.
• Manage the end-to-end tender process, from strategy to proposal preparation, to maximise win rates.
• Ensure strong client retention by providing consistent after-sales support, while delivering timely updates to management on account status, pipeline movement, and sales outcomes.
