SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a driven Sales and Business Development Executive to grow our client base in Singapore. You will engage business owners, advise on setup and compliance needs, and guide them through the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to closing.

The role emphasizes building long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and authorities while staying current with local regulations related to land use, licensing, and building compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, including entrepreneurs, SMEs, and business owners.
• Understand client needs and advise on solutions related to business setup, compliance, submission processes, and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and relevant authorities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Stay updated on Singapore regulations related to land use, building compliance, and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track performance.
