Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED, a consultancy firm specialising in licence application and regulatory compliance services for business premises, seeks a Sales Executive in Hougang. You will drive revenue by identifying opportunities, engaging clients, and proposing suitable solutions from our services.

You will lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while building strong client relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Candidates with no experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with URA/ HDB/ SCDF/ SFA guidelines, codes and regulations will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell licence application and consultancy services.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Handle enquiries, prepare proposals/quotations, and manage contracts.
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Keep up with market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Travel to client sites for meetings and business development activities.
