AVA GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a result-driven sales professional in Singapore to drive corporate sales revenue and expand our client base in the facade sector. You will manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing, and coordinate tender activities to support project wins.

The role emphasizes market development, relationship building with architectural firms and contractors, and ability to interpret project drawings to align solutions with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related field; equivalent practical experience welcome.
• Minimum 3 years of strong sales and business development track record.
• Proven experience in facade industry (facade construction, contracting, architectural glass/cladding).
• Experience in Singapore or comparable regional B2B construction/engineering market is an added advantage.
• Experience serving architecture firms or construction & maintenance sectors preferred.
• Polished interpersonal, corporate presentation and commercial negotiation capabilities.
• Result-focused, self-motivated and able to thrive under revenue targets.
• Self-initiated, organized and detail-oriented in documentation; autonomous work with limited supervision.

Responsabilités

• Identify emerging market avenues and new revenue channels to spearhead, administer and grow corporate sales revenue sustainably.
• Source and develop client portfolios across Singapore’s construction, civil engineering and architectural industries via proactive market development.
• Own full-cycle sales pipeline management, covering cold prospecting, warm lead nurturing through to formal deal closure.
• Undertake core responsibilities throughout tendering procedures, including tender collation, procurement dossier preparation and quotation submission support.
• Interpret basic engineering drawings to match company’s product solutions against client’s project specifications.
• Compile and analysis periodic sales data, monitor actual performance against quarterly and annual revenue KPIs.
• Address complicated sales enquiries and incoming RFQs received via email and corporate platforms in a timely manner.
• Develop long-term trusted partnerships with architectural consultancies, main contractors and property management enterprises.
