Job summary

MK INTERIOR PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development & Field Sales Executive to drive expansion across Singapore's industrial and commercial sectors.

The role focuses on direct corporate touchpoints, building B2B partnerships, and generating sales through on-site consultations and outreach. The candidate will conduct daily field visits, map target accounts, and secure vendor inclusions and agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in outdoor sales, corporate B2B sales, or technical solution selling.
• Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, strategic negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Field Prospecting: conduct daily field visits across commercial districts and industrial estates to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Strategic Relationship & Partner Management: establish and sustain key-account relationships with interior designers, project managers, consultants, and technicians.
• Sales Consultation, Proposal & Deal Closure: understand client requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and lead contract negotiations.
• Account Coordination & Post-Sales Management: coordinate with operations and logistics for timely delivery and post-sales follow-ups.
• Market Intelligence & Performance Reporting: track market trends, competitor pricing, and maintain sales forecasts and logs.
