Chubb Insurance Singapore Limited is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager to drive strategic expansion of individual persona accident products in Singapore. You will identify growth opportunities through worksite marketing, agent channels, and partnerships while ensuring operational excellence and intermediary enablement.

You will lead campaigns, collaborate with underwriting and portfolio teams, and monitor performance to achieve GWP targets across worksite, digital, and partner channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in A&H sales, distribution, or growth strategy within the Singapore insurance market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding GWP targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to identify market gaps and translate them into actionable product or channel strategies.
• Good understanding of insurance systems and platforms (e.g. Chubb Studio, One Hub) with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Exceptional ability to work with both internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in developing and managing sales campaigns, communications, and market engagement events.
• Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to influence and educate diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver Gross Written Premium (GWP) growth targets for worksite/face-to-face individual consumer products, corporate digital products via Chubb Studio or other similar platforms (e.g. One Hub), and any other new products as required.
• Drive growth through worksite marketing, agents, and identifying new opportunities for partners and channels.
• Source and identify potential companies for worksite opportunities, incorporating travel products into the overall proposition where applicable.
• Develop and refine strategies to improve sales performance through product enhancements, more effective distribution methods, or new market opportunities.
• Develop and execute relevant sales campaigns to drive growth across all channels; manage end-to-end campaign delivery including communications to intermediaries and partners.
• Monitor and track GWP performance against targets, intermediary engagement and sales activity, and worksite/partner pipeline opportunities and conversion rates.
• Partner with A&H Corporate Underwriters to approach clients via brokers specifically for worksite opportunities.
• Work closely with Portfolio Analysis and Underwriting teams to ensure a healthy bottom line; implement recommended underwriting actions.
