Job summary

Chubb Singapore seeks a Growth Strategy Manager to drive expansion of our individual persona accident products across worksite, agent channels, and partnerships. You will identify growth opportunities, lead campaigns, and ensure operational excellence while aligning with underwriting and analytics teams.

You will organize training for intermediaries, collaborate on product setups, and monitor performance against GWP targets to optimize sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in A&H sales, distribution, or growth strategy within the Singapore insurance market.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding GWP targets and driving business growth.
• Strong ability to identify market gaps and translate them into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver GWP growth targets for worksite/face-to-face products and digital platforms.
• Drive growth through worksite marketing, agents, and new partner channels.
• Identify potential worksite opportunities and integrate travel products where applicable.
• Develop and refine strategies to improve sales performance and distribution.
• Execute sales campaigns and manage end-to-end campaign delivery with intermediaries.
• Monitor GWP performance, intermediary engagement, and pipeline conversion.
• Collaborate with underwriters and analytics to maintain healthy profitability.
• Provide SME support for product setup, testing, and lifecycle management.
