Job summary

1103 STUDIOS is seeking ambitious sales professionals to join our Business Development team in Singapore. You will own the complete sales journey—from cold calls to signed proposals and long-term client relationships—and spend approximately 60–70% of your time in the field meeting business owners and decision-makers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.

You’ll join a growth-focused consultancy with uncapped commissions, structured training, and direct access to founders.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of consultative or B2B sales experience.
• Experience engaging founders, directors and senior decision-makers.
• Ability to build trust and uncover business value during sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, partnerships and social outreach.
• Conducting discovery meetings to understand clients' businesses and growth opportunities.
• Managing your own sales pipeline with disciplined follow-ups and clear next actions.
• Preparing proposals and presenting tailored recommendations.
• Managing negotiations, onboarding and payment collection.
