THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Executive based in Woodlands Link, Singapore.

You will prepare action plans, develop market strategies, and build a robust sales pipeline across assigned verticals to drive revenue and growth. You will collaborate with account managers, handle stakeholder enquiries, coordinate marketing activities, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management.
• Successful track record in Project management.
• Some understanding of B2B sales.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers; meet with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
• Manage proposal response process, including RFP requirements and content creation.
• Develop and implement outbound sales and business development strategy and best practices across the company.
• Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis.
• Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
