Job summary

MOBILE WORKFORCE SOLUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Corporate Sales Executive to grow our B2B client base in Singapore. You will identify new opportunities, manage customer relationships, prepare quotations and pursue sales targets.

In this role you will coordinate with procurement, tender teams and suppliers to deliver solutions, maintain CRM records and report on pipeline. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of B2B sales, excellent communication, and strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in B2B or corporate sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn, proactive, and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through GeBIZ, Ariba, Sesame, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on quotations and leads.
• Prepare and issue quotations accurately and promptly.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Arrange and attend customer meetings and site visits.
• Support tender submissions and procurement activities.
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, inventory, and product samples.
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM information.
• Manage the sales pipeline and work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide sales and project updates to the team.
