Job summary

GovTech Singapore's Product Strategy Office seeks a seasoned Digital Product leader to shape GovTech's product direction and drive strategic initiatives across the Smart Nation agenda.

You will own end-to-end strategy for key areas, consolidate roadmaps, and align senior stakeholders across tech, policy and business to deliver impactful public sector solutions. The role offers exposure to cross-domain programs and tangible public good.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital product management with a track record leading complex initiatives across multiple product teams.
• Knowledge of product and portfolio management, with ability to articulate problems, visions, and success metrics.
• Hands-on, capable of breaking down ambiguous problems into actionable work.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and portfolio alignment with senior leaders across tech, policy and business.
• Design cross-product experiences by assembling GovTech platform solutions and prototyping with business users.
• Set up strategic programmes, define north-star metrics, and translate doctrine into executable programmes.
• Drive product reviews and align teams with broader portfolio strategy.
