Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a Lead Product Manager to guide high-impact initiatives across discovery, strategy, and delivery within government agencies. You will embed with agency teams, translating complex challenges into clear product solutions and delivering value at scale.

You will apply systems thinking and agile practices to shape solutions that advance Singapore’s Smart Nation goals and public digital services, while mentoring internal teams and driving lasting capability across government.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect strategic objectives to product execution.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, product discovery, user research, and iterative delivery.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, able to engage confidently with senior government stakeholders.
• Strong influence and collaboration skills, with experience working across organisational boundaries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to create impact for public good.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product initiatives across discovery, framing, and delivery.
• Drive innovation by aligning product solutions with government agency objectives.
• Serve as embedded partner to agencies, helping navigate complex product and technology challenges.
• Establish and mentor permanent product teams within agencies, transferring capabilities.
• Influence adoption of scalable product and engineering methodologies.
• Represent GovTech in cross-agency forums and thought leadership events.
