Job summary

The role partners with planners, policy teams, and corporate stakeholders to design future‑ready digital solutions on sovereign cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities include leading enterprise program delivery, architecture alignment, and change leadership across cross‑agency teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, enterprise systems delivery, or digital transformation.
• Experience in public-sector, regulated, or governance-heavy environments.
• Strong enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (preferably sovereign cloud), integration patterns, and data governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, especially with policy, planning, and senior leadership groups.
• Experience with Agile or hybrid Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital transformation roadmaps supporting industrial land planning, land allocation, tenancy/lease processes, and corporate operations.
• Lead future‑state design for planning workflows, approvals, compliance processes, and enterprise data flows.
• Translate policy and regulatory requirements into system capabilities, ensuring alignment with public‑sector governance.
• Drive adoption of digital tools that enhance planning insights, operational efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise systems on sovereign cloud, ensuring compliance with government security and data policies.
• Manage multi‑year transformation programs involving planning systems, corporate applications, and cross‑agency integrations.
• Lead Agile or hybrid Agile delivery, ensuring predictable execution and transparent reporting to senior leadership.
• Coordinate across internal teams, external vendors, and government partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Provide architectural direction for systems supporting land planning, geospatial data, estate management, corporate workflows, and analytics.
