Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of administrative, coordination or operations support experience.
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Experience with budget tracking and basic financial administration.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience supporting a political campaign or public policy team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, minutes, follow-ups and reports for APAC and Global Public Policy teams.
• Assist with budget administration, expense tracking and financial record-keeping.
• Coordinate vendor registration, onboarding and status tracking; resolve administrative issues.
• Process vendor payments by collecting invoices and supporting documents; monitor contract status.
• Support stakeholder communications and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist with ad-hoc operational projects, team offsites and virtual events.
• Prepare weekly reports and updates for global teams and partners.
