Publicis Groupe Singapore is seeking a Network Operations & Partnerships Manager to connect the Singapore Hub with APAC markets and global partners. The role focuses on disciplined network operations and strategic partner relationships to unlock growth and innovation across campaigns.

You will translate global direction into market execution, oversee staffing and finance needs, and help incorporate new platform opportunities into client plans. Strong collaboration across teams is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in integrated media planning, media operations, regional accounts or related roles.
• Experience across APAC markets and a media agency environment.
• Strong understanding of media planning, activation, governance and campaign reconciliation.
• Proven track record leading senior stakeholders and coordinating across global, regional and local teams.
• Knowledge of major media platforms and digital ecosystem; direct partner experience is advantageous.
• Experience with innovation/test-and-learn programmes.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the central operational link between the Singapore Hub, APAC local markets and global teams, enabling clear communication and accountability across the network.
• Maintain market organisation charts, staffing plans and resource views with local leadership.
• Coordinate and track timesheets, finance submissions, media reconciliation and other reporting requirements.
• Improve accuracy and timeliness of market submissions and reconciliations with finance and account teams.
• Co-manage the agency test-and-learn roadmap and move capabilities from opportunity to application.
