Job summary

CMA CGM ASIA SHIPPING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Partnership & Financial Oversight Lead to safeguard the group’s commercial and financial interests across Asia Pacific. You will guide contract administration, advise on strategy, and manage interfaces with Line Management and the VP.

You will monitor contracts, drive optimization actions, and lead a high-performance partnerships team within a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

Postgraduate degree (4–5 years) in Finance, Economics, Business Control or related field, or business school graduate.
Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping lines partnerships or alliance management with at least 5 years in the shipping industry.
Proven ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders (Line Managers, VP) and external agents.
Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Diplomatic yet assertive approach.

Responsibilities

Support the Alliance & Partnership Director in administration of partnership agreements across Asia Pacific.
Monitor financial performance of contracts, invoicing, disputes, collections, and cash-flow forecasts.
Lead contractual discussions and ensure alignment with Group partnership strategy.
Provide leadership, guidance, and development for the partnerships team.
