Job summary

CMA CGM Group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer, APAC to lead the regional finance function, partner with the CEO and executive teams, and drive performance across Asia Pacific. The role focuses on profitability, cost discipline, planning and sustainable value creation, while building a high-performing finance organization.

You will oversee governance, reporting, risk management and alignment with Group objectives, enabling strategic decision making and long-term growth across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• 15+ years of senior finance leadership experience in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience partnering with CEOs and executive leadership teams.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and investment appraisal.
• Strong governance, risk management, internal controls and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to influence and align regional and corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across APAC aligned with Group objectives.
• Translate financial insights into actions to improve profitability and cash flow.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities and optimize investments.
• Drive cost management, transparency and productivity improvements region-wide.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls and risk management standards.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance organization across APAC.
