Job summary

CMA CGM & ANL (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a strategic Head of Partnerships to oversee contract governance, financial performance, and risk management across Asia Pacific liner alliances. You will lead the team, advise Line Management and the VP on strategy, and ensure consistent application of terms with ANL and CNC agreements.

Requires a postgraduate finance or related degree and 3–5+ years in shipping partnerships, plus strong Excel skills and stakeholder diplomacy.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Control, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping lines partnerships or alliance management with at least 5 years in shipping.
• Proficiency in digital IT tools and MS Office, particularly advanced Excel functions.
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Rigor, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support the Alliance & Partnership Director in administration of partnership agreements across the Asia Pacific scope.
• Monitor financial performance of contracts, invoicing, disputes, collections, and cash-flow forecasts.
• Lead contractual discussions and ensure alignment with Group partnership strategy.
• Provide analyses, reports, and tools to support decision-making.
• Develop team capabilities and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
