Job summary

Google Singapore is seeking a Strategic Agency Manager to drive revenue growth by expanding the agency portfolio and accelerating product adoption across Google’s advertising solutions. You will build and manage executive-level relationships, translate data into growth strategies, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a One Google experience to agencies and clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
Experience working with C-level executives across all levels of management.
Experience in sales in a technology, advertising, media sales or internet environment.
Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management, managing advertising or media campaigns.
Experience managing commercial agreements, Joint Business Plans (JBPs), or incentive-based partnership models with executives or C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue and product growth objectives. Grow agency business by driving scalable product adoption and growth across a broad portfolio of Agency clients.
Own a portfolio of agencies by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
Work towards strategic goals on new and existing business consistently, while delivering outstanding sales experiences to Google's agency partners.
Manage and strengthen primary agency relationships at all levels, including media planners and buyers.
Collaborate with LCS Agency counterparts on cross-channel agencies, align on strategic and product priorities with GCS to provide One Google experience to our agencies and their clients.
