Job summary

Singapore Management University is seeking an Admissions Counsellor to support admissions counselling activities for assigned schools and regions. You will advise prospective students, conduct information sessions with faculty, and act as the primary liaison for Deans and programme offices to ensure consistent service standards.

You will also assist yield management, oversee the end-to-end application and scholarship processes, and manage student pass workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; 3+ years in admissions, student services, or programme management preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end admissions management, including counselling, evaluation and offer administration.
• Exposure to scholarship administration or financial aid processing is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students and admitted candidates; conduct information sessions with faculty; support conversion efforts.
• Support yield planning and engagement strategies to maximise offer acceptance and enrolment rates.
• Oversee end-to-end application process, scholarship administration, and regulatory adherence.
