Job summary

Singapore Management University is seeking an experienced Admissions Counsellor to support assigned schools and programmes. You will advise prospective students, manage the end-to-end admissions process, and coordinate scholarship information to maximise yield.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in admissions or student services, with strong CRM/SIS proficiency and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience in admissions, student services, or programme management.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end admissions management, including applicant counselling, evaluation, and offer administration.
• Prior exposure to scholarship administration or financial aid processing will be an asset.
• Knowledge of admissions policies, processes, and QA standards in higher education; proficiency in CRM and SIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Admission counselling and information sessions for assigned schools, programmes, and regions.
• Yield management: plan and execute engagement strategies to maximise offers and enrolments.
• Oversee end-to-end application process, credential verification, interviews, and offer issuance.
• Student pass management for assigned programmes.
• System, data and admin support; track service-level metrics and provide analytics.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Deans, Academic Directors, and programme offices.
