Job summary

Singapore Management University is seeking a capable administrator to assist in undergraduate admissions, interview logistics, and large events for the LKCSB. The role involves supporting UG teaching and academic administration, handling student matters, and aiding a team of managers in daily operations.

You will also contribute to university and school-wide events, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Evening and Saturday commitments during admissions periods are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web communication platforms (Zoom, Skype).
• Strong design skills using Canva and PowerPoint to create slides and posters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in organising and managing events.
• Strong team player with planning, organisational and analytical skills.
• Independent and able to handle confidential information.
• Able to commit weekday evenings and Saturdays during UG admissions period.

Responsibilities

• Assist in undergraduate admissions and manage interview logistics for LKCSB.
• Support UG teaching and academic administrative matters.
• Assist with UG student matters such as exemptions and clubs administration.
• Support a team of managers to run day-to-day admin operations and handle enquiries.
• Provide support in university and school-wide events and ad-hoc projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
