Job summary

Singapore Management University is seeking an organised administrator to support the Office of Admissions and Financial Assistance. The role focuses on managing signature undergraduate admissions events, coordinating outreach across Singapore, and handling enquiries from prospective students and parents.

The ideal candidate holds an undergraduate degree with at least two years of event management or administrative experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage high volumes

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of relevant event management or administrative experience.
• Background in event management and event support for large-scale events.
• Proven ability to coordinate end-to-end events: logistics, vendors, registration and on-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, logistics and coordination for signature undergraduate admissions events during peak season.
• Support local school outreach across Singapore for fairs, campus visits and engagement sessions.
• Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents.
• Support undergraduate admissions selection processes, including scheduling interviews, verifying documents and updating applications.
• Coordinate with applicants about application matters, assessment tests, and ad-hoc requests.
• Provide administrative support during interviews (virtual and in-person) for interviewers and applicants.
