Job summary

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd (Eastern General Hospital) is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Accreditation and Licensing department, overseeing management systems, compliance with national and international standards, and coordinating with auditors and external agencies.

You will drive training programmes, implement IT-enabled controls (e.g., e-Audit), and monitor regulatory changes to ensure licensing readiness and ongoing compliance with HCSA and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in healthcare accreditation and licensing is necessary.
• Additional internal/external auditor certifications would be an advantage.
• Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall operational management direction and leadership for the Accreditation and Licensing department.
• Develop the hospital's management systems to meet accreditation and management standards requirements.
• Implement controls to ensure regulatory compliance (HCSA, ISO, and other standards).
• Lead tabletop exercises and coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and auditors for licensing readiness.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on preparedness measures to ensure compliance with national standards.
