SingHealth Community Hospitals is seeking a Compliance & Enterprise Risk Management professional to strengthen data protection, accreditation, and risk management across SCH's three community hospitals.

You will support PDPA compliance, MOH HCSA/ISO audits, and help foster a risk-aware culture while collaborating with multiple departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience in a healthcare environment will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication (interpersonal), presentation and writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse team members.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure or tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development, implementation and updating of data protection policies in PDPA compliance.
• Assist in updating internal processes to meet PDPA obligations, conduct audits to identify gaps, and enhance internal control systems.
• Organise activities to raise staff awareness of data protection policies, address related queries and complaints, and provide secretariat support for data protection meetings.
• Maintain systems and processes ensuring conformance with MOH Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) and other standards, including ISO Accreditation.
• Plan, conduct and follow up on internal audits and support all departments in meeting licensing requirements.
• Assist the Senior Manager in developing SCH ERM work plan by analyzing risk information to identify trends and areas of focus.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor key risks and coordinate ongoing ERM activities across the three CHs, promoting a risk-aware culture.
• Ensure compliance with the SingHealth AEN framework for incident reporting.

Job description:

Our Licensing & Enterprise Risk Management team plays a critical role in upholding healthcare excellence through regulatory compliance, establishing robust data protection protocols to safeguard patient data, and implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats associated with healthcare delivery.

In this role, you will contribute significantly to the following areas:

Compliance - Data Protection

You will support the development, implementation, and updating of data protection policies in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You will assist in updating internal processes to meet PDPA obligations, conduct audits to identify gaps, and enhance internal control systems. You will also organise activities to raise staff awareness of data protection policies, address related queries and complaints, and provide secretariat support for data protection meetings.

Compliance - Accreditation & Licensing

You will maintain systems and processes ensuring conformance with the MOH Healthcare Services Act (HCSA) and other standards, including ISO Accreditation. You will plan, conduct, and follow up on internal audits and support all departments in meeting licensing requirements.

Enterprise Risk Management

You will assist the Senior Manager in developing the SCH ERM work plan by analysing risk information to identify trends and areas of focus for annual review by Senior Management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to monitor key risks and coordinate ongoing ERM activities across the three CHs. Additionally, you will facilitate ERM implementation and promote a risk-aware culture, ensuring compliance with the SingHealth AEN framework for incident reporting.
