Hyphen Partners is seeking a Business Development Director to drive strategic growth across Aviation, Transportation, Logistics, and Infrastructure sectors in Singapore and the APAC region. The role focuses on developing strategic accounts, building executive relationships, and leading large-scale enterprise technology opportunities.

The candidate will drive new business, craft go-to-market strategies for enterprise and government accounts, and manage complex contracts with C-suite stakeholders

Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise sales, business development, or consulting experience.
• 7+ years in Aviation, Transportation, Logistics, Ports, Rail, or Infrastructure.
• Proven track record closing US$10M+ software or services deals.
• Experience managing government tenders exceeding US$50M in contract value.
• Strong C-suite network in Singapore and APAC.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and revenue growth across target industry verticals.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for enterprise and government accounts.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives and industry stakeholders.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles and large government tenders.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver AI, IoT, and digital transformation solutions.
