Job summary

WT Microelectronics Singapore PTE. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Account Manager to act as the strategic interface with assigned accounts in Singapore.

You will drive sales growth, deepen relationships, and deploy WT's value-added services to maximise customer impact. You will develop and execute account strategies with sales management, build cross-functional relationships, identify opportunities, negotiate, close business, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field of study.
• Electronics industry experience with supplier and distribution knowledge preferred.
• Strong product/technology knowledge.
• CRM proficiency and workflow management.
• Results oriented with negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budget and revenue targets.
• Expand account penetration and strengthen customer relationships.
• Implement WT's value added services to maximize customer impact.
• Develop and execute account strategies with sales management.
• Build relationships across customer functions (purchasing, finance, senior management).
• Identify new opportunities and emerging accounts and monitor client product project progress.
• Negotiate, close business, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales through prompt, accurate and timely RFQ responses and quotation follow up.
• Manage customer orders and product inventory.
• Act as the interface with all back-end support departments to service customer inquiries.
