Job summary

SingHealth in Singapore seeks a program professional to develop and execute healthcare programmes in the assigned country. You will promote SingHealth as an Academic Medicine Centre through regional linkage and capacity-building initiatives, and arrange CME programmes with partner institutions.

You will work with stakeholders to enhance the patient journey and provide actionable feedback to improve services across SingHealth institutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Self-starter who can work in a team or independently.
• Willing to engage in regional works with diverse cultures.

Job description

You will assist to develop and execute healthcare programmes in the assigned country and promote the recognition of SingHealth as an Academic Medicine Centre through regional linkage and development of capacity building programmes aimed at improving service delivery in the region. You will also facilitate the partnering of institutions in the assigned country with SingHealth to arrange for Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes. You will also work closely with other stakeholders to enhance the patient experience throughout their care journey. You will provide feedback to identify, develop and improve service offerings of the institutions under SingHealth.
