Job summary

SingHealth seeks a capable professional to coordinate academic collaborations across university and healthcare systems, driving strategy implementation and governance support.

The role includes secretariat duties for the Academic Collaborations Council, preparing minutes and agendas, and developing presentation materials. You will also collaborate with Legal on agreements and manage adjunct appointments and visiting academics framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Background in strategic partnerships, stakeholder and/or project management is advantageous.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin for international stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Team player and collaborative mindset.
• Meticulous with initiative and resourcefulness.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Independent self-starter who can multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Academic Collaborations office and Steering Committee in implementing collaboration strategies with academic partners.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track project progress and engagements.
• Plan and coordinate engagement events with academic institutions and SingHealth stakeholders.
• Act as secretariat for Academic Collaborations Council meetings (agenda, minutes, action follow-ups).
• Prepare presentation materials on strategic and partnership matters; liaise with Legal on collaboration agreements.
• Support planning and administration across partnership activities, adjunct appointments, and visiting academicians.
