Job summary

Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager for the International Collaboration Office to develop and execute healthcare programmes in the assigned country and promote SingHealth as an Academic Medicine Centre through regional linkages and capacity-building initiatives.

You will coordinate CME programmes, collaborate with partner institutions, and work with diverse stakeholders to enhance patient experience throughout the care journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• 2 years of healthcare-related experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Self-starter who can work in a team or independently
• Willing to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute healthcare programmes in the assigned country
• Promote SingHealth as an Academic Medicine Centre through regional linkages
• Coordinate capacity-building programmes to improve regional service delivery
• Facilitate CME programmes by partnering local institutions with SingHealth
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance patient experience across care journeys
• Provide feedback to identify and improve services offered by partner institutions
