Job summary

SingHealth's Joint Office of Academic Medicine invites an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive to drive administrative initiatives across the Academic Clinical Programmes. You will translate recommendations into detailed role definitions, governance structures and employment frameworks, and develop guidance to ensure consistent adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management, preferably in healthcare/education/research.
• Strong strategic planning and management background.
• Ability to translate recommendations into operational details and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively under tight timelines.
• Willingness to work beyond hours and travel overseas if required.

Responsibilities

• Support AM activities across ACPs, focusing on research, innovation, education, and clinical programmes.
• Develop end-to-end implementation plans, role definitions, reporting lines, governance structures and employment frameworks.
• Produce implementation documentation: guidelines, SOPs, transition plans for consistent adoption across ACPs and institutions.
• Coordinate with SingHealth Systemness Office and other offices to ensure clarity and consistency in implementation.
• Assist change management and track progress with stakeholders to support successful adoption.
