Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 2 years of experience.
• Experience in administration and project management would be advantageous, preferably in healthcare-related industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with good presentation abilities.
• Analytical thinker with good planning and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines, with a meticulous and organised approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the Allied Health Leadership Programme, including participant management and workshops.
• Support curriculum planning, scheduling, implementation and refinement of programme content; coordinate faculty, speakers and mentors.
• Manage procurement, vendor engagement, travel logistics, and secretariat support for programme meetings.
• Oversee project management, budgeting, reporting, analytics to evaluate effectiveness, and monitor expenditure.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to support programme planning and implementation, including partnerships and learning journeys.
• Monitor milestones, prepare dashboards and governance reporting; support governance and compliance.
