SingHealth is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager (Education) to drive strategic education planning and implementation across its Group Allied Health (GAH) team in Singapore. You will coordinate accreditation, manage a portfolio of 5–7 projects annually, and collaborate with Education Leads and CAH to enhance residency and CPDP programmes.

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of relevant admin and project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication to prepare clear reports and proposals.
• Analytical mindset to interpret programme data and translate findings into actions.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple projects.
• Collaborative and resourceful with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, and implement strategic education workplans and programmes across SingHealth.
• Coordinate accreditation processes with CAH Executive Committee and Education Leads.
• Manage 5–7 projects annually, ensuring timely delivery and budget monitoring.
• Support residency, PQP, and CPDP programmes; maintain compliance records.
• Build partnerships with universities to broaden programme reach.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing environment.
