Job summary

WISELY 98 PTE LTD is seeking a facilities and estate manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and supervise all facilities' activities. You will coordinate residential and commercial strata development projects, invite quotations, evaluate services, and prepare reports to support maintenance decisions.

The role also covers contract renewals and administration, requiring knowledge of MCST and the BMSM Act, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Candidate holds Professional Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related discipline.
• Experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings is preferred.
• Knowledge of MCST and Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site.
• Plan, execute and supervise all facilities' management and operational activities.
• Conduct meetings, project coordination in residential/commercial strata development.
• Invite quotations, evaluate services, provide recommendation reports, and coordinate corrective maintenance for common properties.
• Administer contracts renewals and issue of contracts.
