Job summary

EXCELTEC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE LTD seeks a Building/Property Executive to oversee management of residential or commercial properties under strata title. You will lead operations, manage budgets, and ensure MCST compliance to support a safe, well-maintained environment for residents and owners.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with owners/tenants, handling service contracts, organizing festive season activities, and maintaining facility lists and records.

Qualifications

• Diploma/WSQ Diploma in real estate management, business administration, or related field.
• Proficiency with property management software and office applications.
• Experience in property management, especially strata-living contexts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, develop, and implement property management strategies to enhance asset value.
• Lead the property management team in day-to-day operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, and service providers.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
• Oversee contracts with external vendors.
• Ensure operations comply with local regulations and MCST requirements.
