Qualifications

• Knowledge of Building Management & Strata Management Act.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of assigned buildings.
• Monitor expenditure and evaluate quotations/tenders.
• Co-ordinate all maintenance/term contractors.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Ensure compliance with divisional policies and ISO procedures.
