Job summary

Savills Property Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Strata Residential Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential properties.

You will work closely with Management Councils, owners, residents, contractors, consultants and authorities to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of building issues. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant strata property experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building, Estate Management, Property Management, or Facilities Management.
• 3–5 years of relevant strata or commercial property management experience.
• Experience with building maintenance or M&E is a plus.
• Knowledge of BMSMA is advantageous.
• Experience liaising with government authorities and management councils.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Professional accreditation in building inspection or facilities management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and overall management of assigned MSCT residential properties.
• Conduct routine inspections of structures, common areas, M&E systems; identify defects and plan maintenance.
• Liaise with Management Councils/Owners, authorities, contractors, consultants, and service providers on compliance.
• Experience handling building defects, seepage and water issues; monitor rectification work through to resolution.
• Address residents’/owners’ feedback and complaints related to defects and common property.
• Supervise site staff, Building Supervisors, Fire Safety Managers, technicians and contractors.
• Attend Management Council meetings and assist with AGM, including minutes/reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
