Job summary

Advancer Global Facility Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable Estate/Facilities Manager to oversee daily maintenance and governance of multiple portfolios in Singapore. You will lead site staff, coordinate contractors, attend owners and council queries, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

You will plan budgets, review contracts, and conduct council and AGM meetings, driving smooth operation of estates while maintaining high service standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Property/Estate/Facilities Management/Engineering or equivalent.
• Min. 3 years of Facility and/or Property Management experience.
• Strong understanding of BMSM Act and related regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in clear and effective writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance and management of estate matters of multiple portfolios.
• Attend to queries from owners and council members.
• Chairs AGM and council meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Government Authority requirements.
• Lead, supervise, plan and coordinate site staff, service providers and contractors.
• Ensure compliance to statutory requirements for the estate/building.
• Responsible for budget planning, financial monitoring, expenses and forecasting.
• Review contracts, agreements and insurance before expiry and recommend renewal or quotes.
• Prepare and assist in conducting council meetings and sub-committees’ meetings.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
