Job summary

CBM Pte. Ltd. is seeking a qualified estate/ facilities professional to lead overall property management for the assigned estate.

The role requires overseeing soft services, maintenance planning and budgeting, and ensuring smooth operation through effective contractor supervision. The incumbent will manage council meetings, address tenant feedback, and ensure compliance with BMSMA. A diploma in Estate Management or Building Services Engineering is required, with 4–5 years MCST experience in

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Estate Management or Building Services Engineering.
4–5 years MCST experience for Diploma holders in commercial/industrial buildings.
Knowledge of BMSMA Act is required.
Contract Management is essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee all property management of assigned estate including soft services (pest control, landscape, cleaning, security).
Plan and manage fitting-out, operations, maintenance and upkeep of buildings and land area.
Supervise contractors to ensure contractual obligations are met and smooth operations.
Address tenant/client feedback and implement timely remedial actions.
Promote good relations with staff, contractors and management.
Ensure renewal of MCST contract and compliance with preventive maintenance for M&E/building equipment.
