Job summary

WISELY 98 PTE LTD is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the sites and lead the facilities team. The role includes planning and supervising all facilities management activities, coordinating MCST/BMSM compliance, and organizing service contracts.

Qualifications

• At least Higher secondary/Pre-U/College, any field.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of MCST and Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act (BMSM)

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sites.
• Plan, execute and supervise all the facilities' management and operational activities.
• Conduct meetings, project co-ordination in residential/Commercial strata development.
• Invite quotations, conduct evaluation for all services, provide recommendation reports and organise and coordinate Corrective Program for repairs and maintenance of the common properties.
• Administer contracts renewals and issue of contracts.
