Job summary

Henderson Security Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Customer Service Executive for a strata management client. You will be the main contact for homeowners, guiding them from key collection to defect resolution, coordinating with developers and contractors.

You will manage pre-handover inspections, handover scheduling, defect tracking, and maintain records. The role requires a diploma, at least 2 years in similar work, strong organisation, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years in unit handover, defects management, or strata/property management.
• Organised and detail-oriented with multitasking capability.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• MS Office (Excel) or defects-tracking apps knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Handover: Inspect units, record defects, follow up with contractors, update developer.
• Unit Handover: Plan schedules, walk owners through units, keep records and reports.
• Defects Management: Be the main contact between owners and contractors, track repairs, manage access logs.
