Job summary

City Developments Limited (CDL) seeks a customer service-focused professional to support handover activities for residential projects in Singapore. You will liaise with main contractors, review handover kits, and ensure timely information is complete for each unit.

You will conduct 100% unit quality checks to certify readiness before notice to take possession, and coordinate joint inspections with owners. You will also help resolve owners' complaints related to defects with a proactive,

Qualifications

• Minimum A Level or Diploma in Real Estate or Building.
• 2–3 years in real estate and customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Pleasant, energetic personality with positive attitude.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Customer oriented and service-focused.
• Adaptable to new and changing situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Service team in liaising with main contractor on handover preparation.
• Conduct quality inspections of units to identify defects and certify readiness before possession.
• Ensure defects rectification within timeline by coordinating with contractor and owners.
• Assist in resolving owners' complaints arising from defects and other areas.
