Job summary

HENDERSON SECURITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support a strata management client in Singapore.

You will be the main contact for homeowners, coordinating with owners, the developer and contractors to ensure a smooth experience from key collection to defect resolutions. Responsibilities include pre-handover inspections, unit handovers, defect management, and maintaining accurate logs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in unit handover, defects management or strata/property management.
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to handle many units and tasks at once.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and customer service skills, and calm when dealing with difficult owners.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowing MS Office (Excel) or defects-tracking apps is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Handover: Inspect units before handover and record defects; Follow up with contractors to fix defects on time; Update the developer on progress; Prepare handover kits and documents for owners.
• Unit Handover: Plan handover schedules with the developer; Walk owners through their units and answer questions; Keep handover records accurate and send daily status reports.
• Defects Management: Be the main contact between owners and contractors for defect reports and repairs; Track repairs against timelines; Keep logs of keys and access during repairs.
