PVH Corp. in Singapore seeks an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive sales and deliver KPI results. You will lead a team of retail associates, ensure visual merchandising standards, and train staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, ownership mindset, and the ability to manage rosters and inventory efficiently. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in supervisory fashion retail, excellent interpersonal

Responsabilidades

• Manage store operations and ensure a high level of performance and growth
• Deliver retail sales, KPIs & CRM according to company target and objectives
• Ensure store visual merchandise complies with company SOP
• Lead and supervise a team of retail associates
• Ensure associates develop and retain a sense of ownership in their job
• Increase associate's product knowledge and customer service skills by initiating activities and training
• Manage and take ownership of inventory management and ensure daily stock count reconcile with POS inventory
• Guide and coach onboarding associates
• Organize and scheduling of roster, including staff management and performance
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 5 years of Retail experience
